DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ: Bandai Namco Reveals That Master Roshi Is The Next Fighter To Join The Roster

Bandai Namco promised that a new trailer for Dragon Ball FighterZ would be released today, and they have delivered; revealing Master Roshi as the new fighter to join the game's roster.

Earlier this week, Bandai Namco promised that they would have some juicy news for fans of Arc System Works' insanely popular, and critically acclaimed Dragon Ball FighterZ, revealing that a brand-new trailer would be released this weekend.

Bandai Namco wouldn't say exactly what was it that they would be revealing with said trailer, but the game's publisher urged players to tune in for the special Dragon Ball FighterZ Show that would be livestreamed today.

The special Dragon Ball FighterZ Show has just wrapped up, and Bandai Namco has kept their promise, releasing an action-packed trailer that reveals the legendary Master Roshi to be the next fighter to join the ambitious roster in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

That's right! Master Roshi is joining Dragon Ball FighterZ as the third fighter part of the game's Season 3, and that he's expected to become available at a yet-to-be-determined date in September, so players will only have to wait a few more weeks to mop the floor with their opponents as the immortal Turtle Hermit.

From what we've gathered from Master Roshi's reveal trailer, this is Dragon Ball Super's iteration that was part of the Tournament of Power, and we can even see him using the legendary Evil Containment Wave as one of his Ultimate moves.

Unfortunately, fans will still have to keep waiting in order to find out who the last remaining fighters in Season 3 are, but Master Roshi is definitely one of the most welcomed additions to Dragon Ball FighterZ.
