Back in March of this year, during this year's PAX East event, Gearbox Software announced that they were working on a Nintendo Switch version of
Bulletstorm; confirming a rumor that had been roaming the web for quite some time.
Bulletstorm for the Nintendo Switch, which was actually named
Bulletstorm: Duke of Switch Edition, was not an ordinary port of the game; as the name appropriately suggests, the game was going to be including 3D Realm's Duke Nukem as a playable character, a New Game + mode, and all of the previously released content.
In the Nintendo Switch version of
Bulletstorm: Duke of Switch Edition players will be able to play the game's entire campaign as the badass alien-killing hero, with original lines recorded by voice actor Jon St. John; the man who's been voicing Duke since the first game released.
As
Bulletstorm: Duke of Switch Edition has just become available, we get an action-packed trailer chock-full of Duke's one-liners that will make fans of the DUke Nukem series grin from ear to ear.
