Guacamelee! is a Metroidvania game, developed and published by Drinkbox Studios, that was originally released in 2013. The game saw a sequel in the form of
Guacamelee! 2, which released for the PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows this past August.
In October, Drinkbox Studios announced that the Nitnendo Switch was going to be getting
Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition, which is the enhanced, and definitive edition of the original
Guacamelee!. With the announcement, Drinkbox Studios also revealed that
Guacamelee! 2 was going to be releasing on the Nintendo Switch, although they did not give us an official release date for the game.
Now, Drinkbox Studios has revealed that
Guacamelee! 2 on the Nintendo Switch will be seeing a December 10th release, and pre-orders for the game have already become available. Pre-orders will give players a 10% off, and a 30% off for players who already own
Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition.

Guacamelee! 2 will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the 10th of December.
