Horizon Chase Turbo is racing game developed and published by brazilian independent studio Aquiris. This Turbo version of the game is a sequel of sorts to the acclaimed Horizon Chase World Tour released in 2015. The game is heavily inspired by 80s and 90s classics like Top Gear(SNES), Lotus Turbo Challenge(Sega Genesis), and Outrun(Master System), among others.

Graphics are colourful and inspired by the 16bit graphics of yesteryear, done intentionally to maintain that nostalgic feeling those classic racing games used to have. But that's not everything that the game promises to bring back as they also want players to experience that classic couch friendship by allowing up to 4 players to race locally.

The game has also brought back Top Gear, Lotus Turbo Challenge and Rush composer Barry Leitch to work on the soundtrack. No matter how you slice it, Horizon Chase Turbo really wants to make you feel at home if you were a fan of 80s and 90s racing games.

Main Features:

  • Thrilling arcade racing game, inspired by Outrun, Top Gear, Lotus Turbo Challenge, and others
  • Modern high quality graphics and UI
  • Amazing old-style split screen multiplayer up to 4 players
  • Music by Barry Leitch, Sound Designer in 90s racing classics such as Top Gear and Lotus Turbo Challenge, among others
  • Tons of content: 12 Cups, 48 Cities, 110 tracks, 26 Unlockable Cars and 10 Upgrades
  • Challenge your friends in an Online Competitive Ghost Mode
  • Make History by adding your name among Friends' Leaderboards

Horizon Chase Turbo brings back the excitement of the classics of the 80s and 90s. Get ready for races with breathtaking speeds, simple controls, 4K graphics and an original soundtrack by Barry Leitch.

Horizon Chase Turbo will be available on the PlayStation 4 on the 15th of May.
