Cyberpunk 2077 has been under a lot of heat lately following yet another delay to the highly anticipated first-person RPG. The development team over at CD Projekt RED has confirmed that this is all to benefit players in the long run; however, after promising fans that there wouldn't be another delay, some player's patience has worn a bit thin.
That hasn't stopped the massive promotional and marketing pushes to get the word out on the game though. Recently, a new partnership with Adidas has spawned some pretty cool looking shoes based around the aesthetic and characters found in the upcoming title.
The new shoe line has been anticipated for as early as December, but there had not been any hard confirmations until now. Sadly, it looks like fans that arent in certain Asian markets will find it very difficult to obtain any of the pairs. According to CD Projekt RED's relations director, Rafal Jaki, these shoes will only be found in parts of Asia for now.
At this moment, there have been no additional statements on whether or not these shoes will see a worldwide release, so for fans of the new game, the hunt may have just gone global. Make sure to tell us what you think about this new collaboration and its distribution in the comments below!
Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality.
Cyberpunk 2077 will release on December 10th, 2020, on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Stadia, and PC. The new Adidas collaboration looks to only be available in select Asian countries for now.
