If there was one game, we knew EA would announce at its E3 press conference, is FIFA 20. It’s a yearly refresh, and Electronic Arts have managed to introduce new things annually and a consistent rate.
The new features announced at EAs press conference aren’t mind-blowing, but they’re good enough. Though, one must wonder if these features needed another game to be introduced. A simple update to FIFA 19 would have sufficed.
The first new feature we want to talk about is Composed Finishing. It's all about delivering more accurate and satisfying shooting, which should give the impression that FIFA 20 is more life-like than ever before.
Now, the other is called Set Piece Refresh. What it does is offer a freekick system that is more detailed, and penalty kicks that are more accurate. As for another cool feature known as Controller Tackling, well, it allows the player to have greater control over tackle animations via the Active Touch System.
Finally, we want to mention Strafe Dribbling. The idea here to make players more agile when attacking, and that’s always good.
