Nintendo announced that a new Nintendo Direct presentation was going to be streamed today at 3PM Pacific Time.
The Nintendo Direct presentation would be focusing on already announced titles for the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch, as well as announcing new games, much like previous presentations by the Japanese company.
Today, Japan was hit by a 6.7 magnitude earthquake in Hokkaido—the second largest island of the Asian country—causing mudslides and leaving more than 150 people injured.
Japan was also hit by the Jebi Typhoon earlier this week—becoming the strongest typhoon to hit the country in 25 years—which has caused a lot of damage with 10 confirmed deaths.
On account of the catastrophe currently striking Japan, Nintendo has decided to postpone their Nintendo Direct. The company did not give any details regarding official dates for the presentation but they will keep their fans posted for any news.
