Just a couple of months ago, Crytek broke a 4-year-silence on the official Twitter account for the critically acclaimed Crysis series, by announcing a remastered version of the first game was being released on home consoles and PC at some point this Summer.
The announcement trailer for Crysis Remastered wasn't much of a trailer, but a glorified tease that gave us a 5-second glimpse at the game. An interesting fact, however, was that this is the first time a Crysis game will be released on a Nintendo console — and the Switch is an odd choice for a remaster of one of the most graphically demanding games ever created.
Whatever the case, fans of the Crysis series were ecstatic to find out that a remaster of the original was currently in the works at Crytek, but the announcement left everyone wanting to see more of it; with gameplay being, obviously, the most requested.
Today the official Crysis Twitter account has revealed that fans of the series will finally get their chance to get a first look at Crysis Remastered this Wednesday the 1st of July at 12:00 PM Eastern Time / 9:00 AM Pacific Time, which you'll be able to watch through the official Crysis YouTube channel, or the link posted down below.
