Valve's popular first-person competitive shooter, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, officially released the Panorama UI last week after just over a month in Open Beta. This is easily the largest visual update overhaul that the game has seen since its release back in 2012. Almost every detail of the UI (user interface) has changed, from the menu screen once launching the game, to the scoreboards and buy menus while in a match.
This update was long overdue, if not because of the hype it received back in 2016 when it was first announced almost two years ago that they were preparing for the UI change. It wasn't looked at to be anything more than a visual change, if not for what the UI had done for Valve's other popular competitive game, DotA 2. Players had experienced smoother gameplay, better frame rates, and an overall pleasant experience with the new UI, which CS:GO fans can no experience to no avail.
There's also a full patch notes for the recent Panorama UI update here.
