Hidden Path Entertainment and Valve Corporation have revealed a first look at the new Panorama UI for CS:GO. They describe the update as the "most substantian change to the look and feel of CS:GO since the game was released in 2012. From the Main Menu to the Scoreboard, the entire experience of interacting with the game has been updated."

The developers say they are still figuring some things out and this is not the final version but players can go and try it out already.

"Note that this release of Panorama UI only supports “Practice with Bots.” You can also play with a friend by joining a party and starting a practice session."

Dot Esports has said before that this is the second game to use the Panorama feature, Dota 2 was the first.
