Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and DiRT Rally 2.0 are no longer available for free with a subscription to PlayStation Plus. That pair of games has now been replaced with a new duo. Farming Simulator 19 and Cities: Skylines. Suffice it to say, May's free PlayStation Plus games haven't been received too fondly. In fact, it's one of the worst received PlayStation Plus selections ever.
Nonetheless, they're now available for free (via PlayStation Blog). You see, each and every month PlayStation gives away at least two games for free on PlayStation 4 to those that are subscribed to the premium service that is PlayStation Plus (PS Plus, for short). Though, the main reason to subscribe would be to be able to play online multiplayer games.
Farming Simulator 19 is exactly what it sounds like on the tin. Developed by Giants Software; players can farm, breed livestock, grow crops, and do a whole lot more along those lines while controlling such vehicles as tractors, crop sprayers, combine harvesters, and more.
Cities: Skylines on the other hand is also a simulation game, however, it allows players to build their own cities and engage in urban planning by controlling zoning, road placement, taxation, public services, and public transportation of an area. It's developed by Colossal Order.
These two games will be available for free with PlayStation Plus until June 1st — wherein a new pair of games will be introduced and replace them. We will be sure to notify you of what June's free PlayStation Plus games will be as soon as we find out.
