Following the debut of the somewhat confusing trailer for Death Stranding at the Game Awards, Hideo Kojima and designer Mark Cerny went on stage to discuss the mysterious project.

Cerny assured the audience that after 4 or 5 hours of gameplay, this unusual game will start to make sense. Kojima added that what we've seen so far is captured in real-time on the Playstation 4 Pro. Also, the bit in the trailer with Norman Reedus swimming is playable. In addition, Mr. Kojima spoke of starting his new company, partnering up with Sony and pitching the project.

Death Stranding is a PS4 exclusive. A solid release date has yet to be announced.
