People who have been following Hideo Kojima's carreer thanks to the
Metal Gear Solid series know that the man can really deliver quality products with interesting and memorable characters, complex stories, and immersive gameplay mechanics.
Death Stranding, however, is a game that Kojima himself has described as a genre-defining title. So far, a lot of information has been shared about the highly anticipated game, but little is actually known about it — as surprising as that may seem.
Every trailer released for
Death Stranding tends to leave players with more questions than answers, but the latest promotional trailer actually reveals some details about Sam Bridges(Norman Reedus) and his mission to reunite the shattered world seen in the game.
While the trailer doesn't give away much, it is actually the first time we get a straight-forward character trailer that gives away plot points that — while still vague — help us understand Sam's motivations a little bit more. Players will be able to play
Death Stranding in about a month's time from today, and finally know what the game is actually about.
