It looks like we'll have to wait just a little bit longer for
Ni no Kuni II following an announcement from Level 5 announcing the game will now release on March 23rd 2018.
Ni no Kun II: Revenant Kingdom has faced a number of delays. It was originally slated for release on november 10th 2017 before being pushed back to January 19th 2018, and then March 9th. Akihiro Hino, president and Ceo of level 5 released a statement today ensuring that development of
Revenant Kingdom was "
Coming along very nicely" but that the team would need a bit more time to meet their "
Highest quality standards.
Hino also went on to mention that the team have implemented new elements into the game such as Skirmish and Kingdom modes. The delay seems to stem from the teams desire to ensure that all these aspects come together and refine any finishing touches before launch. Hino closed off the statement by thanking fans for their support and asking for patience as the team works hard to finish the game.
