Sony looks set to dominate virtual reality having already sold more than 2 million units of PS VR hardware, and it looks like theres no sign of them slowing down. Today Sony announced a special offer, lowering the price of PS VR to $199.99. The offer will run from 10th december all the way through to Christmas Eve.

The bundle will contain the first generation hardware, but it will also include a demo disk with a bunch of stuff to play as well as copy of Gran Turismo Sport. There is also more than one bundle available. You can pick up a Skyrim VR bundle at $299.99 which includes a camera, the latest demo disk, move controllers and a headset. The Doom VFR bundle is available at a discounted price $299.99 and includes all the updated hardware but there's no controllers.

The PS4 Pro also got a significant price cut with all systems and bundles being reduced by $50. The standard PS4 pro has been reduced to $400 to $350. The Destiny 2 and Star Wars: Battlefront
II have been reduced from $450 to $400. This offer will run from the 10th to the 16th of December.

What do you guys think? Is this offer enough for you to jump into VR? Do you think the price cut for PS4 Pro will make a huge difference?
