We have some great news for those players who just can't wait until they finally get the chance to play Final Fantasy VII Remake, as Square Enix has recently revealed that the game is currently ready to be pre-loaded for those who have pre-ordered the long-awaited title.
Pre-loading the game, of course, means tht they get to download Final Fantasy VII Remake in its entirety, so that the game is ready to be played as soon as it becomes available on the PlayStation Store on the 10th of April.
Some players may still be disappointed by the fact that Square Enix didn't release Final Fantasy VII Remake early on digital shopfronts, but the game's is only a mere 4 days way from releasing, so having the chance to pre-load the game today is still good news.
If you've ever waited until a game is finally ready to be downloaded, and then have to wait a couple of hours until it's done downloading and installing, you know pre-loading them is always a nice option to have.
As if that wasn't enough, Square Enix also released a few screenshots that give us our first look at Rufus Shinra — who is one of the game's main recurring characters, as well as son of the President Shinra; looking dapper in his traditional white coat.
Have a look:
In Midgar, a city controlled by the mega-conglomerate Shinra Inc., the No. 1 Mako Reactor has been blown up by a rebel group, AVALANCHE. AVALANCHE was secretly formed to wage a rebellion against Shinra Inc., an organisation which is absorbing Mako energy, destroying the natural resources of the planet. Cloud, a former member of Shinra's elite combat force, SOLDIER, was involved with the bombing of the Mako Reactor. Can Cloud and AVALANCHE protect the planet from the huge, formidable enemy, Shinra Inc.?
Final Fantasy VII Remake will be available for the PlayStation 4 on the 10th of April.
