Quantic Dream’s Detroit: Become Human has received a significant amount of attention (and some controversy) over its gameplay and some of the subject matter it will be exploring. Yet, ever since the game’s PGW trailer, there has been a growing interest in the Detroit’s score.

Fortunately, fans who enjoyed listening to Kara’s theme in the PGW trailer can now watch the creative process behind this theme, and the rest of the game's score, in new behind-the-scenes video.

As the video explains, Detroit: Become Human has a somewhat unusual set-up for creating the score, because the game has not one but three composers. Each of these composers focus their talent on one of the game’s three main characters, creating unique themes for Kara, Markus and Connor.

Mankind, rediscovered. Detroit is the site of a new industrial revolution in Detroit: Become Human, a game about life — human life, artificial life, and everything in between — from Quantic Dream, the makers of Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. Travel to the near-future metropolis of Detroit — a city rejuvenated by an exciting technological development: androids.
