According to the first reviews, BluePoint Games' Shadow of the Colossus is a perfect remake. The developer managed to keep the spirit of Fumito Ueda's timeless masterpiece. The remake  is currently one of the best reviewed games of the year and seems like the best occasion to take the faith of the protagonist's love in your hands and battle sixteen colossus to ultimately discover the terrible truth.

The newest story trailer perfectly captures the atmosphere and suspense of the young man's journey into the unknown. Shadow of the Colossus doesn't feature extended dialogue and amazing cinematics, but it's still a wonderful tale about sacrifices and letting go. Check it out:

Shadow of the Colossus releases on February 7th only for PlayStation 4.
