As expected, Gamescom has provided fans with some exciting new looks at several upcoming title, including Hideo Kojima's highly anticipated video game Death Stranding. Already, we reported on a suspenseful character trailer for Margaret Qualley's Mama, and now a new teaser introduces us to Deadman and a Bridge Baby.
We learned a while ago that Deadman would bear the likeness of The Shape of Water director Guillermo del Toro, but thanks to this latest preview, we have gained more insight into how the character, voiced by Jesse Corti, factors into the story.
Furthermore, as the cutscene below continues, Deadman reveals plenty of new information on the mysterious Bridge Babies and why they can connect Sam (Norman Reedus) to the "world of the dead."
Death Stranding is set to launch exclusively on the PlayStation 4 on November 8, 2019.
