In many ways Arkane's Prey reboot was a miracle. After cancelled Human Head Studios' Prey 2, it seemed that the franchise was dead. But Bethesda didn't give up and asked Arkane Studios, the creators of Dark Messiah and Dishonored to take care of the franchise. According to critics, the developer did a great job, but the game didn't sell well, with over 600 thousand copies sold on PC.

Arkane doesn't give up and seemingly prepares a big suprise for the fans of last year's FPS/RPG. A short gif that was posted on twitter suggests that the studio is working on a new expanison that will give the players a chance to visit and dicover the secrets of the Moon. That's where the mysterious Pytheas laboratories were, located in one of the Moon's craters. But "Do we really know what’s out there?"

The French developer has an experience when it comes to creating big, standalone expansions, jsut like last year's Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. Knowing Bethesda, they will wait till their E3 2018 conference (also known as BE3) that will take place on Sunday, June 10 2018, at 6:30 p.m. PT.
