Ubisoft Forward will take place on July 12th at 12 PM PT. It's a live digital conference that serves as the replacement for the publisher's E3 2020 showcase given that the annual event will not be going forward this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Similarly, PlayStation and EA have already streamed their digital conferences while the Xbox Games Showcase will air on July 23rd at 9 AM PT — find out more about that here.
During Ubisoft's digital conference, the publisher is expected to show off Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, Hyper Space, Gods & Monsters, Rainbow Six Quarantine, Beyond Good and Evil 2, Skull & Bones, and more. It's even believed that Ubisoft is going to unveil the next mainline entry in the Far Cry series — more on that here.
All of those games aren't all to look forward to when it comes to Ubisoft Forward though. If you log in to Uplay at any point during the Ubisoft Forward conference, you will be able to get your hands on Watch Dogs 2 entirely for free. The action-adventure sequel is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC; this offer only applies to the PC version of the game.
Watch_Dogs 2 is an open world action-adventure game where the San Francisco Bay Area is your living playground and hacking is your weapon to bend the city – and its people – to your will. Step into the shoes of Marcus Holloway, a brilliant hacker, and journey to pull off the Hack of the Century: a crippling shutdown of ctOS 2.0, an invasive technology used by the powerful to silently control everyday citizens.
Watch Dogs 2 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
