Not only have they added new videos and pictures, as one would expect, but they've also added a couple of new sections, including People & Places, Goods & Services, and Recreation & Entertainment.
Basically you get to take a tour of Liberty City, and check out some of the people and places you can visit in-game, complete with video and even some new wallpapers.
