Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order released back in November 2019. Since then, rumours have circulated that a sequel to the third-person action-adventure Star Wars game is in the works over at Respawn Entertainment. The latest of which hailed from reputable insider Jeff Grubb.

This insider asserted that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 will release later this year, presumably for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, as well as the PC. Another reputable insider by the name of Tom Henderson has backed Grubb's claims.

Henderson similarly recently provided supposed insight into the reveal and release window of the next instalment in the Call of Duty first-person shooter series, that likely being Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

According to this insider, the Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order sequel will likely release later this year. However, Henderson is careful to clarify that, like Grubb, he wouldn't be surprised if the sequel's release is pushed back to next year.
