Yestyerday, Bandai Namco revealed that
Hunter X Hunter's Killua and Kurapika were joining the fight in Jump Force, making that four characters from Yoshihiro Togashi's manga/anime, although we only got a few pictures of the characters in action but no trailer.
Today, we are treated to a new character trailer that shows off Killua and Kurapika in action, as well as being introduced to Yusuke and Toguro from Yoshihiro Togashi's other popular series:
Yu Yu Hakusho.
Jump Force is not pulling any punches when it comes to adding new series from the popular Shōnen Jump magazine. The game already features a very admirable roster that features Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza from
Dragon Ball, Naruto and Sasuke from
Naruto, Ichigo, Aizen, and Rukia from
Bleach, Luffy, Sabo, Zoro, Sanji, and Blackbeard from
One Piece, Gon, Hisoka, Killua, and Kurapika from
Hunter X Hunter, Yugi from
Yu-Gi-Oh, and finally Yusuke and Toguro from
Yu Yu Hakusho.
Death Note characters Ryuk and Light will be making an appearance but will not be playable.
The game still hasn't been given an official release date but is expected to release next year, so it is very likely that more fighters will be joining
Jump Force's incredibly ambitious crossover.
