Nintendo Switch owners have really had to wait quite a long time to play Square Enix's
Dragon Quest XI; a role-playing title that was even announced for the handheld hybrid console before we even knew what the Switch was.
Thankfully, Square Enix has stepped up their game and made up for all of the waiting that hardcore fans of the
Dragon Quest series have had to endure; making the Nintendo Switch version of
Dragon Quest XI the definitive edition of the game.
Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch will even include the 16-bit version of the game — which, up until now, was only exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest XI — alongside fully voiced dialogue in both English and Japanese.
Now that we're only, and finally, a couple of days away from the long-awaited release of
Dragon Quest XI on the Nintendo Switch, we get a brand-new character trailer that introduces us to Erik and Sylvando — who will assist players on their quest to save Erdrea.
