Earlier this year, Sega and Nintendo announced that they would be partnering up, once again, to bring characters from bith the
Super Mario Bros. and
Sonic the Hedgehog series together for a brand-new
Mario & Sonic at the Olympics title.
Mario & Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games is still a month and a half away from releasing, and Sega has been releasing a bunch of information about the game and the Olympic events that Mario, Sonic, and their friends will be taking part in.
Today Sega has released a new trailer for
Mario & Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, introducing us to the Dream Events — which features some special events like hoverboard Dream Racing, target Dream Shooting, and free-for-all Dream Karate.
While these events are more in line with the series these characters stem from rather than real olympic events, it's definitely something that will add even more variety to this new
Mario & Sonic at the Olympics title.
