Superman is probably one of, if not, the most difficult characters to translate properly to video games. In fact, Superman 64 is, to this day, considered to be one of the worst video games ever made; a title developers and publishers wouldn't ever want for their games.

Thierry Doizon, an artist who did work for a Superman video game at one point, released some fantastic concept art — which has recently resurfaced — of that Superman game pitch that ended up getting rejected by Warner Bros. back in 2014.

The concept art features some locations like the Fortress of Solitude, some epic boss fights in the skies of Metropolis, and mughsots of Superman, General Zod, Brainiac, Parasite, Metallo, Lex Luthor, Doomsday, and Darkseid — as well as an interesting new take on the classic Superman suit.
