As online shopping has picked up over the years, retailers are no longer waiting for the day after Thanksgiving to introduce their big holiday savings. Electronic retail giant Best Buy already launched its Black Friday 2025 deals on Halloween and is now in the first wave of its early Black Friday deals.
Every Friday, from now until December 24th, Best Buy will roll out deals on various tech and video games. The main Black Friday sale starts on Thursday, November 20th, and will include "deeper savings on categories like computing, gaming, home theater, wearables and more." The Cyber Sunday and Cyber Monday sales will run on November 30 through December 1 and will offer up to 50% off select tech.
The early Black Friday 2025 deals have been live since Halloween, and we should get an update this Friday. Admittedly, there's not much on sale for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. Most of the deals right now are for televisions, computers and laptops, peripherals, and accessories. But we've still got eight weeks until Christmas, which means there's still plenty of time for surprise discounts. And let's remember, the big Three -- Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft -- have yet to reveal their holiday savings.
When looking at PC gaming, here are some of the best current Black Friday discounts:

For consoles, we aren't seeing many video game deals yet. Most of the current discounts are available on controllers and headsets. And even then, you aren't saving that much right now. Here are some of the better early Black Friday console deals:

It's worth noting that Best Buy does have a Holiday Price Match Guarantee, which means: "If the price of products sold by Best Buy goes lower during the holiday season, we’ll match it." So if you see something you like but are worried it might be cheaper later on, go ahead and get it and then you can get a price match afterward.
