Back in July of last year, Spike Chunsoft announced
AI: The Somnium Files — a thrilling adventure game with detective elements — for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. Ever since the announcement, however, we haven't really had news on the project.
Recently, Spike Chunsoft has revealed that their new detective thriller will be getting a limited edition in the form of
AI: The Somnium Files — Special Agent Edition, as pre-orders have also become available on
Amazon.
The
Special Agent Edition will retail for $89.99 and will include the physical copy of
AI: The Somnium Files for either the PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch, an 6 inches tall A-set acrylic stand, OuterBox original artwork by Yusuke Kozaki, a 30+ pages artbook, the REVERIES IN THE RaiN soundtrack, and 3 vynil stickers.
The mind never lies... In a near-future Tokyo, detective Kaname Date is on the case of a mysterious serial killer. Date must investigate crime scenes as well as dreams on the hunt for clues.
AI: The Somnium Files will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam on the 25th of July.
