Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout launched a month ago for PlayStation 4 and PC. The game has since become the gaming world's latest popular phenomenon. In fact, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout now stands as the most downloaded PlayStation Plus game of all time — find out more on that here.
The game is essentially a medley of your classic obstacle course as well as the battle royale genre. Roughly half of a hundred people race through various levels in order to qualify for the next and the next until only one player remains — and therefore wins. It's simple, colourful, addictive fun. However, after playing for a while the levels begin to become a tad repetitive.
Thankfully, though, the developers have us covered. They've introduced a new feature which will presumably affect the majority if not all levels. An enormous spinning hammer will spawn in randomly and act as a motivator to provide players with a boost towards the finish line. That's at least what it seems like based on the demo clip that the official @FallGuysGame Twitter recently shared.
As if that isn't wild enough, the hammer has been affectionately dubbed "Big Yeetus," which is just the cherry on top. Check out Big Yeetus in action below:
