Developed 4A Games and published by Deep Silver,
Metro Exodus is the latest entry in the horror survival
Metro series. The first game was titled
Metro 2033 and was set in Moscow after a nuclear war—featuring first-person shooter gameplay, as well as survival horror elements.
Much like its prequels, Metro Exodus also uses Moscow as its setting—where players take control of Arytom, who has fled the Metro of Moscow with his companions; only to find a place that seems like paradise, which is anything but.
Metro Exodus will allow players to traverse through vast non-linear levels, offering an immersive sandbox experience out in the wilderness of post-apocalyptic Moscow; in a story that the developer themselves call the greatest Metro adventure yet.

Flee the shattered ruins of the Moscow Metro and embark on an epic, continent-spanning journey across the post-apocalyptic Russian wilderness.
Metro Exodus will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 22nd of February in 2019.
