Hyrule Wariors: Definitive Edition is hitting shelves in less than a month and today we are treated with a new trailer highlighting some of the 29 playable characters from the game.
Anyone familiar with
The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening will immediately recognise Marin, the girl from Koholint Island, as she fights hordes of enemies with some help from the Wind Fish.
The other characters the trailer shows off are the mysterious Sheik(although I'm pretty sure in over 20 years since
Ocarina of Time's release
his secret identity is no longer a mystery) who attacks using the powerful Goddess Harp. From
Ocarina of Time, we get Link's sworn brother and Chief Goron, Darunia and Zora Princess Ruto, both members of the powerful Seven Sages.
And finally, from
Majora's Mask we get Link, the Hero of Time himself, who this time will be using an arsenal of masks that he got from his travels in Termina, fairy-wannabe Mr. Tingle who won't act his age and keep dressing as a fairy in his 30s, and the menacing Skull Kid who wants to destroy Termina with his powerful Majora's Mask.
A new, ultimate version of the exhilarating action game set in the Zelda universe will include every map and mission, plus all 29 playable characters from both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions of the game, along with all of the previous paid downloadable content. Play as Link, Zelda, Midna, Skull Kid and dozens more in action-packed battles at home or on the go.
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the 18th of May.
