Grim Dawn, one of the most successful
Diablo clones of the decade, will finally get a brand new drop of content next month, the Crate Entertainment crew has announced. In the
Grim Dawn: Forgotten Gods DLC, which was announced back in 2017, the player will have a chance to journey beyond the bounds of the fallen Erulan Empire, traversing burning sands, lush oases, and even some volcanic wastes.
Forgotten Gods will open up a new chapter in the
Grim Dawn saga, this time putting the spotlight on dangerous new lands teeming with forbidden secrets. To claim those treasures, you will have to defeat the titular forgotten god(s) and team up with the Witch God cults, wielding unfathomable powers.
According to Crate Entertainment,
Forgotten Gods will feature not only hundreds of new unique items, but also some chances to unlock all-new mobility powers while venturing into a brand-new game mode with "
endless" replayability. In this extensive
Shattered Realm mode, the brave player will face off against this war-torn world's powerful foes in ever more challenging shards of an unstable reality.
