With only a few days left for Bend Studio's release of the long-awaited
Days Gone, the developer has been releasing quite the bunch of interesting videos about the game's development, as well as new trailers to get players excited for the their survival horror game.
Days Gone is aiming to deliver a very unique take on the survival horror genre by featuring a vast open world for players to explore. For this reason, Bend Studio has given players a motorbike to traverse this unforgiving open world infested with zombie-like creatures called Freakers.
In the latest featurette for
Days Gone, Bend Studio reveals why Deacon's motorbike is such an essential part of the game in regards to how players approach specific situations. This is a bike that players need to take care of, since it can be destroyed, and other humans will even try to steal it from the player — making it almost a character in its own right.

Set in the beautiful, volcanic scarred high-desert of the Pacific Northwest, Days Gone is an open-world action-adventure game where you play as Deacon St. John, a Drifter and bounty hunter who would rather risk the dangers of the broken road than live in one of the “safe” wilderness encampments.
Days Gone will be available for the PlayStation 4 on the 26th of April.
